Booking & Stay Guidelines

Welcome to Luwak Ubud Villa & Jungle Suite, located in the cultural heart of Tegallantang, Ubud, Bali. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay.

Comprehensive Terms of Service

All reservations made via our website, direct WhatsApp inquiries, or official booking partners are subject to availability and written confirmation. A valid credit card or deposit remittance may be required at the time of booking to guarantee your villa or jungle suite. Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or standard currencies as indicated, and are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges.

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 WITA, and check-out time is strictly by 12:00 (noon) WITA. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to villa availability and may incur supplementary charges. Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification or passports upon arrival for registration in accordance with local Balinese tourism regulations.

Cancellation and amendment terms vary depending on the specific rate plan, seasonal package (such as promotional or peak season rates), or booking platform selected. Please verify your individual booking confirmation details for exact cancellation deadlines. Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Guests are expected to treat the villa premises, furniture, tropical gardens, and private pools with utmost care. Any loss, breakage, or physical damage caused to villa property during your stay will be charged directly to the guest's account. We maintain a peaceful environment, and excessive noise or disruptive behavior affecting other guests is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the indoor jungle suites and enclosed bedroom areas; designated outdoor smoking zones are provided. Luwak Ubud Villa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables left unattended within the villas. Guests are advised to utilize room safes provided in each accommodation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and local regulations applicable in Bali.
